Running Analysis
Cost...Details...
£129
If you want to decrease your running times and keep yourself injury free then you need a running analysis. People who have any type of running as part of their sporting activities often find themselves with injuries associated with their running style. An average runner has 4 injuries per year. This increases if you add sprinting and cutting into the mix. Many injuries can be avoided simply by analysing your running technique and correcting weaknesses in both style and strength. We will video you running in slow motion and use various techniques to improve everything about how you run.
