A good exercise programme, including strength and condition, can start to develop instant results
Bespoke exercise programs are crucial to your correct rehabilitation whilst strength and conditioning exercises are vital to ensuring your continued improvement. We like to work with you as a team with you at the very centre. Therefore, we properly explain how you perform each exercise and the benefits of doing it. We also instruct on the progression of the exercise program. Doing too much too early can be detrimental to your recovery or rehabilitation and can actually set you back weeks or increase your pain.
If necessary we will provide print outs and photographs of exercises for you to take home, to reassure you are doing everything correctly. The exercise programs we provide are designed to complement the treatments we do in the clinic, hydro pool or in the reconditioning gym.
We have a strength and conditioning room at our clinic and work with a coach in order to provide you with one to one sessions. These sessions are bespoke and ensure the strength and conditioning exercises are carried out properly and regularly. These sessions can take place weekly, twice weekly or even daily, this is entirely your decision. They are designed to motivate and encourage you to do the best for your body.
