Stretching exercises bring real benefits to the muscles and body

Although we may all be aware that stretching is important both before and after exercise these are not the only times that your body will benefit.

It is however extremely important to ensure that stretching exercises are done in keeping with your bodies requirements and will not injure you further.  Hence it is important to get a medical professionals opinion prior to attempting anything new.  Our physiotherapist will conduct a full assessment ensuring an accurate diagnosis is attained in order to provide a bespoke treatment path that will relieve pain and alleviate re-occurrence of the injury.

We do not simply treat your pain, either with stretches, strength and conditioning or kinesiology tape, we ensure we locate the reason behind the pain and provide a full course of physiotherapy treatments.
